It's much more common to mash the avocados rather than cutting it in cubes! This is typically done with the purple skinned ones, yung madaming dark strings/strips when you open it. Sobrang sarap especially during summer!

I was 12 years old when I realized that westerners didn't eat avocado as a dessert.

The way we've always eaten it was just mash it with a bit of brown sugar and (if available) powdered milk. If you have any, you can also just add condensed milk. Bonus points if you have chocolate syrup.

We also mash the avocado with milk and store it in the freezer. Usually, it gets too hard to scoop out and eat, so some time ago I suggested to use an ice cube tray to store it instead of the normal tub container. Best idea ever. You get frozen avocado that's way easier to eat straight out of the freezer. It's frozen but not rock hard when you want to eat it.

I love avocado desserts especially simple ones like shake and the one where you simply mix it with condensed milk and eaten cold. Also, iced candy is delish.

In Indonesia, it's common for avocado to be made as desserts. My friend from USA who was visiting Jakarta was suprised to find avocado in desserts. He loved avocado smoothie. We have Es Teler, it is shaved iced with scooped avocado, diced jack fruit, young coconut meat, condensed milk and sugar syrup.

I love mashed or scooped avocado compare to cubed ones. I also have started incorporate avocado in my salads or eat it just like that to get healthy fat in my food.
