man some people on these comments are really dumb, he is not throwing up, he is regurgitating the water he drank to coat the stomach.  When you vomit it's actual acid from your stomach.

He and some guy in Africa are the only known people in the world that can water spout. I watched a documentary about how he learned to do that. Really awesome.
