Due to the natural heat retention and depth of the stone, the heat input into the stone is dissipated only very gradually meaning that you will have a sizzling hot stone for 20-30 mins and a suitable cooking heat for around 30-40 mins. Due to the dry, searing nature of the heat it does not cook through the produce too quickly.

Will I need a special oven to heat the stone or any special surface for my oven? (I'm talking about my home kitchen oven)

That doesn't look cooked at all. Also you said no fats or oils used in the cooking process. You used oil before you put the steak on.
