Im from hongkong here they have point system you have total 15 points and just going over speed limit can get you to lose 3 points and if you lose 15 points they take away your license and you cant apply for a new one for next two to three years

It still doesn't matter if you're rich enough. Tow the car, the rich person can just pay to get it out of the impound. Revoke the rich person's license, they can just hire a driver.

In Finland speeding fines are bases on what you earn. I think it was a executive for nokia who had to pay over 100k for speeding

In Turkey the ridiculous thing is, using blue and red indicators in your car's front is illegal, it only allowed for police and couple governmental mission related cars. with these you can use emergency lane you can honk (generally their honk is a siren) people give you the road. Problem is lots of people use these, because traffic is a real problem and you can bypassed it like this. Fine is money, then money again and again, and it's a price a rich people can easily pay, even a random people can pay. So, the end of the day, because they won't lock your luxury car, you won't care. For red lights, rich people stop, shit heads drives. bus taxi motorcycle etc
