If you have a paid off house, paid off cars, retirement fund, and around 2-3 mil in a 10% return mutual fund giving you 2-300, 000 a year for living and fun. Then you don’t need a job and don’t need to worry about losing anything. So depending how expensive your house/cars are maybe 3-5 million net worth would be enough to be technically completely financially free
