Hi, just did a factory reset on mine before it gets sent off for repair (lots of problems like frequent shutting down and can't run without being plugged in now) but upon restarting from factory reset its stuck on the Samsung loading screen, where it pulses. Any ideas? Have I just bricked it? Its definitely not running right.

After factory reset it tells me "an unauthorized reset has been made, please verify identity" and then forces me to login to google. How can wipe out the google connection?
