Please i have a problem with my s6 edge+, i don't know what happened but sudenly when i take pictures, it registers well but after when i want to view the pictures, it shows black. But when i register a video, it plays afterward very well. I don't know maybe a virus has attacked my phone or what and i did the normal reset but still thesame issue, i guess maybe this your method gonna work. I will give a try, and please if you can advice me on what to do, i will be very happy.
