We've got a lot of boys walking around in adult bodies, these days. And it's no wonder: we've lost and forgotten all the tools our ancestors had, to help in the difficult transition, the teach a boy how to become a real, complete man.

Nowadays, we get stuck in childhood in many ways. We become passive consumers of entertainment media and entertainment goods. And yet, no matter how comfortable we are or how much we entertain and stimulate ourselves, we never actually feel good in a lasting kind of way.

The solution to this is to get unstuck and progress through the stages of development that, as a man, you have a natural inclination to go through.

In this episode of the QuitByHealing Podcast, you'll discover the 4 stages of development that every man must go through, how to go through them and where it typically goes wrong.

As always this video is a great help like other videos i literally wait for your videos to come up but one thing i was thinking about is that i am living in a country where there are a lot of issues like political, economical, inflation is on the rise and a whole lot more so the problem is if someone living in this country wants do to the work they always wanted and strive towards his dream life and he is resilient have a positive mindset with no addictions do all the good habits with discipline and consistency basically completed all the early stages of development what if the problem sometimes is not in you but in the world which restricts this kind of person from achieving freedom cuz its logical that he wants to make a living and all his money is just got wasted in paying stupid bills and not able to build his own thing cuz this world is rejecting him he is not suited to this world also how to build business if there is very much lack of honesty and trust how to grow and create a better network if you are living in this type of environment so if you can also make videos to address this issue it will be much appreciated and helpful for me and others that how to generate creative solutions and go on your desired path in these circumstances basically how to reach king stage where there is a lot of restrictions

I quit MMA before competing, probably partly because of fear and "smart reasons" that I dont risk getting hurt, but I think it was helping with my addiction.
Pain and sweat really help ease up addictions, probably with upping baseline dopamine and relasing endorphins and other happy-feel hormones after a workout.
This year I succesfully quit coffee, videogames, uninstalled social media.
There is still junk food, youtube, porn and phone remaining. I made it to day 15 yesterday but I relapsed again.
I can do 2weeks pretty steadily but then It just overpowers me.. Any advice?

As always excelent content dude. I literally get excited by listend to this especially because I'm trying real hard to find my way in those stages, but it seems that nobody is encouraging this path and I feel frustrared 'cause society expect us to be the king right now. It gave me a lot of hope!

Man.. sometimes it's even watching other women! being knights. Like I watch Eva Zu Beck here on youtube. And as I watched her lates video I thought to myself "yeah, she lives her life like an Arthur Morgan while I only play the video game character".
