As a native, we don’t call them kebabs they’re Tavuk Dürüm Döner. Chicken Wrap Döner.

The meat that spins and cut in thin slices are called Döner. Kebab is entirely different type of food.

Döner actually means spins.

You are looking for it in the wrong city. İstanbul is huge yes, and may be the centre of many things. But the centre of kebap is Adana. Come to the south and u will definitely notice the difference.

bro if you gonna share something about our foods learn some basic things. first of all we use Turkish Lira (TL Türk Lirası) not dirham second it's not kebap it's tavuk döner dürüm or döner kebap also we say kebap not kebab and it's not the best "kebap" go some traditional places and find your best "kebap" also try some cağ kebabı adana kebap iskender etc
