Texas Instruments is widely considered one of the best dividend growth stocks you can buy. Given the stocks great history, I am surprisingly not buying the dip for my long-term dividend growth stock portfolio. In this video, I’m going to dive into the latest earnings report and explain why this crash in Texas Instruments stock may just be the beginning.

I dont get this reasoning.
Everybody wants to buy the dip except when its time to buy the dip.
And stocks dont dip without "bad" news like increased spending or lowered sales.
And neither of us can predict where the bottom is so "buying and rebuying at better valuation" has been a losing strategy for as long as markets existed.

Right now I’m Buying regional banks like $USB (US Bankcorp) it's like when I was buying oil in 2020 (XOM, BP)
I also think PNC and Truist banks look at great prices.
They're at all-time lows (lowest since 08) with great dividend payouts.

I dunno man...i averaged down on my Intel and am being rewarded for it. I feel like theyve got a really good long term play. Plus, having been a defense contractor...i never count out the amount of govt spending that gets applied to govt priorities. I want my tax dollars back and i think going deeper into CHIPS beneficiaries will be super lucrative.

These all seem like 10 year holds imo. When the world economy is much larger and producing much more demand for tech products, these companies will be far larger in 5-10 years imo.

You cannot just sell out of a dividend stock of one or two back earnings. You have to hold through the years to see the returns. If Visa just have two or two bad quarters would you sell out because of the recession and volume swipes are down 🤔

For me it's very different from Intel.
TI is still the leader in the analog chips sector, with a wide and stable MOAT.
Plus, they are at the bottom of the cycle, and are managing to prepare for the upturn.
