This week, Trump's team will argue before the Supreme Court that he is above the law.

It's a BS claim and he knows it, but until SCOTUS rules, the federal criminal conspiracy case against is on hold.

He's trying to run out the clock so he can't be convicted before the election.

I keep saying if the Supreme CourtCourt decides presidents can’t commit crimes, Biden should just refuse to leave office if Trump wins citing that decision. Ultimately, I don’t think they will back presidential immunity but they are enabling a criminal and there should be consequences
