Watch: Mueller breaks silence on Russia probe

Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller made his first public statement on the findings of the Russian interference investigation Wednesday morning.

“If we had had confidence that the president did not commit a crime, we would have said so,” Mueller said, noting that Justice Department policy does not allow for a sitting president to be charged with a federal crime.
