My question is: if the special prosecutor’s office knew from jump street that they were going to abide by DOJ opinion to not indict a sitting president, and therefore, not levy charges of any kind should criminal acts be uncovered, why did they not state this to the American public right away? It seems to me that the simple minded among us (i.e. Trumpists) are that much more easily confused and misled due to their silence on this matter at the beginning.

It is sickening to realize that it is mostly a matter of impressions and appearances and who says what and how.... in the end the motions were done and the laws of the land were served just by that supposedly. which is just another impression again, only.

Mueller should have written his report in clearer terms. IMO, he isn't the hard nut most people are characterising him to be. He should've been more forthcoming.
