Another glitch you can do is constantly click to hide in bed and out just spamming the button after dropping the vaze. Granny will think you are hiding but at the same time your there so she will just glitch. Tip: dont use shotgun or crossbow since it might deglitch granny.

The best method I learned while ago and easiest one. Go in the room you spawn in, make some noise for granny to come and go under the bed before she opens the door. Just when she opens the door fast click to under the bed and back and she will just glitch. Just make sure to do it fast and enough times

My method is, spam click the life in the bed,
Step 1: Grab a Vase
Step 2: when granny comes, spam the bed hide button *until she stops moving*
Step 3: done (or repeat step 1-2 If you failed)
