A wonderful piano piece written by Alexander Scriabin. Scriabin was only a teenager when he wrote this tortured song. Makes you wonder what kind of parents Scriabin had doesn't it?

Thank you very much, It's wonderful to hear from a teacher! ^_^ I think you have the right mental approach. Horowitz didn't care what people thought of his playing either. His advice to performers was to ignore comments from critics because each person will view your interpretation differently. The key is to enjoy the music you make yourself. I enjoyed it when I played it. That's all that matters to me :)
