A Norwegian dub of a Regular Show episode just straight up has the English F word in it.
The episode is "Blind Trust" and never appeared in Norwegian on streaming services. Luckily someone archived it when it aired on TV.

If you ever do a part 2 of this, you must include the topic of the Italian Dub of the Donkey Kong Country TV show. Despite the entire voice cast being listed on Il Mondo Dei Doppiatori and aquired for broadcasting rights by Mediaset, it never actually aired in that region. We basically miss the infamous Coconut Cream Pie song in Italian without even know the show itself existed.

To be honest, Dubs are a underrated category since people like to see how their favorite shows are like in other countries.

Example? Fireman Sam the 1987 series has lots of lost dubs.

Anyway keep up the good work LSuperSonicQ

Glad to see you dipping your toes into lost dubs. I'm still looking high and low for the Korean dub of Danger Rangers, which still sits at just two episodes.

Glad to see you cover dubs as that is my lost media holy grail! I'd love to see a part 2 with the lost ADV dubs- Gurren Lagann, Sgt.Frog, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, ect. The 5 ADV dubbed Gurren Lagann episodes are archived, but people still wonder if just those 5 were dubbed or more because cast from later episodes are listed. There is only a preview trailer of the Sgt.Frog dub, but no episodes and for Mermaid Melody only a teaser interview from the cast due to a failed toy line. I miss ADV and hope that all their lost dubs become available to the public someday. It's just crazy to see what could have been and compare to some of the dubs we later got.

7:56 - HOLY CRUD!!! 🤯
Th-The bottom left there, I know that show!! That was on Nicktoons Network a decade and a half ago! You're telling me THIS studio worked on that?! You gotta be kidding me!🤯

Good God, I never thought I'd see that here after all these years!

this might not be a video worthy dub considering most of it is (somewhat) available, but i find the 4kids dub of winx club’s availability online so interesting. soon after their dub of season 3 aired, they lost the dubbing rights and only aired reruns and made a very limited dvd release of the first half of season 3. the second half of season 3 never got put on dvd, making most of the episodes available online vary in quality, ranging from pretty good to almost unwatchable, especially audio wise. i don’t know how higher quality rips of the latter half episodes could even be found, but i’d love to see them in dvd quality someday.

I think the rabbit hole of lost Animax dubs is quite a fascinating area to explore in a future video

Man, so many people requested that you make a video about lost dubs, and yet when you actually made one, they didn't watch it. It's a shame, because I think this is a really good video, and more people should watch it

There are 2 lost dubs I would love to see covered in a sequel video:
The SGT Frog ADV dub is in interesting one as ADV released a trailer for it on youtube and apparently were in talks with Nickelodeon to have it air on TV. Eventually Funimation did a new dub that only ever released on DVD. It's one of my favorite dubs and I really want to see more of what the ADV dub looked like since apparently it was aimed at a younger audience than the Funimation dub.
The other one I would love to see you talk about is the original theatrical dub of the 3rd Evangelion Rebuild film. From what I remember the movie came to theaters and after leaving theaters it took multiple years for it to be released on blu ray and there was basically no way to watch it dubbed for a while. Apparently the Japanese studio was not happy with the dub and Funimation had to rerecord it from scratch before releasing it on blu ray. I think thats also probably part of the reason Funimation (now Crunchyroll) hasn't gotten the license to any Evangelion anime since as the OG Eva was licensed and redubbed by netflix and the 4th rebuild film was licensed and dubbed by amazon prime.

19:33 tbh, that sounded like you discovered fire, of course almost every series has tons and tons of dubs, English is always the easiest to find, *a lot* of international dubs are lost because certain countries lack of ways to preserve episodes or they aren't as active on the internet.
Most searches of certain international dubs are a lot more in depth and hard in general to find, I know this is an English speaking channel but I hope you cover some of those

One international dub I would love for someone to talk about is the Yin Yang Yo! Japanese dub. I never knew that existed until I saw a video of Japanese Disney XD shutting down and the hosts made a comment about it. That show was my childhood and I would love to hear it in Japanese heh

DBZ Kai Canada dub is actually pretty huge news... Canadian cast would be the actors from the original Ocean dub... aka, the one where Vegeta screams "Over 9000!" Wouldn't be 100% original cast from how long it's been ofc, but would still be amazing to see for old USA fans alongside the Canadians who grew up with those voices coming back later in series after being replaced due to laws requiring majority of TV shows available to be made in Canada... fr the Ocean Dub is a pretty wild story (you know, for being the story of some guys voice acting in a cartoon with multiple English dubs already easily found online).

The english dub to Mermaid Melody is the holy grail of lost media for me.

On the topic of lost Disney Channel/XD Japanese dubs: Lab Rats received a dub back in the early 2010s that remained entirely lost until around 2020-2021-ish, when after the launch of the Disney+ in Japan, the dub was made available and became found. So if the Motorcity were to be released on to the service, that will be our best bet to finding the dub

An English dub is one thing

But a Canadian dub? That's really something

"kam-eh ham-eh ha!"

"The maple tree of life is growing, eh."
