My Dad drifted in his patrol car when I was on a ride along. I was absolutely floored!

My Dad was a Washington State Patrolman for 27 years. He was one of the in-service trainers at the academy, and we were en route to a DUI pursuit in progress with city and county units in pursuit of the fleeing driving refusing to stop. At the time, the late eighties, the WSP had faster, stronger cars than the city and county, which is why we were called to help terminate the pursuit.

I really don't care about the naysayers because I was there and I lived through it. Got a problem with that? I don't care.
