Hello Dolly - 'It Takes a Woman'

Tropic Troupe presents... Hello, Dolly!

Here is Ja'Quan Floyd, portraying the part of Horace Vandergelder, the well known Yonkers half-a-millionaire, explaining to his two assistants (and his patrons) on why he needs to be remarried. Here we also meet his love-smitten niece, Ermengarde, played by Ruthie Wright.

Presented at the LSCC Paul P. Williams Auditorium on August 3rd and 4th, 2012.

Tropic Troupe is comprised of 7 - 15 year old children and young adults in Central Florida whose desire is to learn more about performing on stage and other theatre practicum. Every summer, in 6-7 weeks, these children and young adults put on full-fledged productions for upwards of 800 people.
