I always thought Barbra did an incredible job of portraying Dolly! She was so young at the time, but she really made Dolly appear a lot older (as she was meant to). An incredible singer AND actress!

The greatest movie finale of all time ! Pure GENIUS ! Louis and Barbra, the music, the set, the choreography, the colors. I thank God for Barbra's voice, it is medicinal in the way it can inspire and dispell a down spirit.

Sorry I can't stop watching this masterpiece. I wish I was there back then. Probably, I wouldn't appreciate it as much as today. Thanks Satchmo, Mrs. Streinsand, the band, dancers, and everyone else for this realization. Again, it was beautifully done.
