in my opinion Ebikes need a 2 U loop tire holder both ends and a center hook to hold the bike in place. also two wheel loop ties to hold the wheels in place on the U loops. a 2 inch hitch and 2 inch tubes are much better. check U loop width between bars to accommodate your tire width. step thrus need a temp bar in the center between front and seat post.

Thanks for posting this, I checked Costco had it online on sale 260 bucks so I snagged it for 275 OTD shipped. Got it yesterday and put it together pretty easy. A beast very solid! Just looked today and it's in stock but back to 300 bucks which IMO is still a great price.

E Stands for Electric Bike - They are heavier than normal bikes that is why this things carries 144 lbs.

Instructions are terrible. Question, do the 3 nuts (19mm) on the arm (the pivoting point) need to be tighten? I found that when loose (out of the box) the hitch had a lot of play so I cranked them down. Took out all the wobble. Just confirming I did the right thing before taking my bikes out.

Dang, I recently seen that Costco sells this rack but it is out of stock now that I want to pull the trigger. Did you get it on sale? It's $299 now. I'd love to grab it at $250.
