I have this rack and one of the arms/hooks was defective after 2 months as it would not lock down and hold the bike in place. filled out the warranty form on their website and a couple emails later and I had a replacement part in the mail at no cost to me. It's been 8 months since I got that part replaced and no Issues, great customer service, and great bike rack for the price

Costco has them. Got mine on sale for 260. Had it over a year and it's a great rack for my heavy fat tire bike.

Can you show how to detach from the car and attach it?

I have a Juiced Rip Current with front and rear fenders. It’s not clear to me if this rack will have any issues with the fenders. Do you have any feedback if this would be suitable for bikes with fenders.

What size of wrench do you use to tighten it into the car hitch? So that i dont have to use adjustable wrench

I bought this rack. It was easy enough to assemble. However, when I fold it to the vertical position with no bikes I can’t release the lever to put the rack back in the horizontal position because the wheel holder piece on the inside tray is blocking the release lever. Any suggestions to solve this issue?

Thanks for your informative videos on this rack. I have a few questions: 1. Do you leave this rack all summer long or do you take it off after each use? 2. Do you use the saftey straps that are mentioned in the manual? 3. In your video with the bikes travelling offroad, it looked like there was a lot of movement on the bike further away from the car. Did the pivot arm loosen with offroading?
