I saw in one of your other videos that you don’t recommend infrared saunas for people with melasma or hyperpigmentation issues. Do you avoid using LED masks or devices too?? Or do you find those to be “safe” for those of us struggling with this condition?? Lastly, what are your thoughts on Tesla High Frequency tools?? I used one of those everyday while in esthetics school and then purchased one for home use…the more I’m learning from you I’m beginning to wonder if this is what started my melasma in the first place…possibly it generated too much heat for my skin?? My sunblock melted off(didn’t realize it was out date😳), I didn’t notice until I got home and 🫣😳…my face was streaked. I washed it thoroughly and now realize the streaks are suntanned. 😲😳🤭🤣😂 We all laughed and laughed except it’s now been months and although the streaks are gone I still have some discoloration on my cheekbone area. 😒Not so funny now 😁
