VSC with 60 fps frame perfects counter.

Frame perfects (fp) are timings when ONLY ONE frame is available for press/release. All fp are computed EXACTLY FOR 60 FPS! Of course, at higher fps there will be MUCH LESS fp or not at all and most of these timings will become EASIER. Keep it in mind!
The second spam at 0:31 usually takes 4 clicks, but on 60 fps it's impossible, you need to make at least 5 clicks. In order for mini wave after this spam to have an available frame for release at 0:31 (fp 21), you need to release in a certain frame (fp 19) on the fifth click on spam and make an extra click on mini wave (it sounds strange, but it’s true). On three spams at 0:29, 0:31 and 0:35 and 4 clicks before the third spam at 0:34, I counted fp considering that a certain number of clicks needed to be made (not to make extra clicks). Some clicks depend on each other as follows: if you press/release in the first available frame, then on the next release/press (or on the next presses/releases), one frame is available, and if you press/release in the second available frame, then on the next release/press, two frames are available. Thus, either pressing or releasing is a fp in any case (for this reason, fp 15,16,36-38 and some others are counted). The final number of fp can vary depending on how you press the last D block at 0:33, how to enter the pink portal at 0:35 and the teleport portal at 0:38. The number of fp up to and including the third spam is counted exactly, considering all possible situations, but after it (fp 41+) there are too many options for how frames can shift to consider them all manually. I tried several options and came to the conclusion that the number of fp after the third spam doesn't change much, and on average there are 21 fp (the spread is about ±2 fp).
