Excellent video full of sound advice! There are many new people in nail polish comments sections that really need to hear all of this!! Omg it works change so many ppls lives!
I'm 50 and have been keeping my nails long and painted since I was at least 12 years old (I do have good nail genetics). I agree with you on all points! Wonderful, and true advice!
Although, I personally, do not wrap the tips. I have pretty thick nails and it seems to make the polish chip and peel back if I wrap the tips, while I don't have that problem if I don't wrap them 🤷🏻‍♀️ every body is different though 😊
I do re-paint them once per week bc I've found that after 10 days (for me) the polish on my nails will have broken down and no longer offer strength. Those polish removing clips were game changers for me!
I have not been doing deep or mini hydrations, just an oil soaking with polish changes and daily cuticle oil. I do have terribly dry skin and so I will start doing these immediately, thank you!

I use gloves for most cores, too, especially when I'm cooking and going to be using my hands more than utensils. I cannot stand getting stuff under my nails!

Your tips helped me growing my nails so long and strong this year, thanks soo much. Question : how to properly remove silk wraps/ falses? Had to do some repairs and had damage from the glue when removing those :/

Thanks for the awesome tips!! Prior to polishing after the hydration treatment, do we wash our hands with a mild soap or just polish over the oil?! My nails actually grow really well... my challenge is the peeling!!
