Can a virtual agent be used as a “smart search” I have afew SharePoint with documents, procedures, other reference material and links to programs. I’d like to be able to use plain language like done with VA for my employees to be able to easily search all documents and other share points to get the info they need. We seem to have a million locations for different information on different share points. It like to integrate it all for my specific workgroup. I’d love to use VA.

Q: Is there a way to clear previous conversation in chatbot and reset after 'Start Over'. Also is there a way to prevent user to click on the previously interacted selection available in chatbot. Thanks.

Hello, For the linking of nodes does it only work with the end of a conversation. I tried using it for one which continues with a conversation but in the end, it returns to the next option

I signed up on your website too and that doesn't have the correct files either. The Solutions file and presentation file are missing and the setup and overview file is incomplete (only 3 pages).
