I have created a routine to do all of your aim lab playlists before I go to sleep just to see the improvements that would result from this training in my aim, it was also the last week of Act II in Valorant and I was a hard stuck diamond 1. I managed to reach Immortal 1 in the end of this act and saw massive improvements in my aim. Your aim training was one of the biggest reasons of my improvement in FPS and thank you so much for it!

I've been following you since highschool and now I'm in my 30s. It's awesome to see you continue your passion in FPS. What a badass. I wish these tips were more available back then lol.

I started practicing tracking and smoothing for arena shooters but it's also made my aim a lot better to throw some sprays or correct my aim on CSGO.
I prefer to use Kovaak's though. It offers much better maps and bots. Great video as always anyway.

Thanks man really helpful. I always thought good fps shooters had their whole forearm off of the desk lol. Did it for a couple days and hurt my shoulders. Now i'll try to have my wrist off of the desk but the skin near the elbow on the mouse pad.

whoa! the wrist clock thing was enlightening!
using aimlab is helping me to "pay attention" on body (sitting, elbow position, which finger does what) and your hint is was awesome for me!

All this information has helped . My desk is quite small, only being a meter long on the sides and I have to rely on my gaming chair wrist rests but due to this, I can now rely on arms too and I’ve sorted why I shake in places :)
