Correct. Only Almighty Allah the creator can say who Jesus is. Allah says in holy Quran sura Mary, " certainly Messaiah Jesus son of Mary is prophet of Allah and the word He told to Mary through Arc Angel Gibreal, Believe in Allah and his messengers and don't say TRINITY."
This word Trinity is not in Bible but it is Quran.
