Sadly, Saira Rao is an appropriate and accurate ambassador for people who make money off of DEI bootcamps with course content saturated in Critical Social Justice. They try to get you under their thumb using every terrible salesperson trick in the book. "We can't start until you accept the premise that I'm the teacher, you're the student, and any disagreement is just further proof that I'm right." It FEELS gross because it IS gross. These people are just con artists exploiting identity-based anxieties.

Sarah literally believes that any ethnic group can (via immigration over time) replace any other ethnic group in any country and, so long as they maintain the same culture as the previous group, it will fundamentally remain the same country. That is the least hard right stance I've ever heard. I honestly don't know if I agree with it and have absolutely no intellectual capacity to navigate the issue. I just think "If what happened in England happened in Japan or some other de facto ethnostate.. would it be any different?" I wish I could ask Sarah this so I can maybe learn something but all I've got is ChatGPT. Bottom line is, Sarah is absolutely on the left and we desperately need more people like her. Sincerely, me, a center-right layman.
