NEW 2024 RAM Rampage R/T - Visual REVIEW
Показать описание
The "Rampage" is a groundbreaking pickup truck launched by the RAM brand, specifically designed and developed in Latin America for the region's market. With its debut in Brazil, Rampage sets a benchmark in terms of robustness, capacity, sophistication, and technology, all encapsulated in a size ideal for the region’s typical road conditions.
Designed by Stellantis Design Center in South America, in collaboration with North American designers, Rampage features a muscular body, incorporating signature design elements from RAM 1500, 2500, and 3500 series. The vehicle is available in three distinct versions: Laramie, Rebel, and R/T, each embodying a unique identity. These models come with an automatic nine-speed transmission and 4x4 drive.
The Laramie version of the Rampage showcases chrome and silver finishes on various exterior parts, reminiscent of the more traditional RAM style. Rebel version flaunts an off-road appeal with extensive use of black-colored exterior parts, trapezoidal grille, and exclusive wheel design. The R/T, or “Road/Track”, version is sportier with color-coordinated components and bold stripes on the hood.
The Rampage features advanced technology in both its exterior and interior. For instance, the headlamps are fully LED with a dynamic turn signal that moves from the inside out. The taillights incorporate graphics reminiscent of the United States flag, while a welcoming light movement activates when starting the pickup.
Under the hood, the Rampage is powered by the Hurricane 4 engine, making it the most powerful regional pickup in South America. The gasoline version of this 2.0-liter engine generates 272 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. In the R/T version, the Rampage can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and has a limited top speed of 220 km/h. There's also a 2.0-liter Multijet Turbodiesel engine available that produces 170 horsepower and 380 Nm of torque.
The vehicle measures 5,028 mm in length, 1,886 mm in width, 1,780 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,994 mm. This size, combined with a high-strength steel structure, contributes to the Rampage's impeccable capability. The pickup can handle a load capacity of up to 1,015 kg for diesel configurations and 750 kg for the gasoline version.
The Rampage is designed for both comfort and performance, with an interior that radiates sophistication. Seats are inspired by premium furniture, materials like perforated leather and suede are used, and the cabin features dual-zone digital air conditioning. The R/T version also has red stitching to emphasize the sporty look.
