My amazing Osteopathic doctor trained in musculoskeletal manipulation, adjusted my muscles, bones for my back pain, also my knees, hips, neck and shoulders. I was recommto have knee replacement by one surgeon, but another felt I could go a little longer, so i had more knee injections. I was good for a week or two, but back to extreme pain In knees, hips, ankles. I could barely walk. After my Osteopathic manipulation, I am walking much better, standing up easier and my knees hardly hurt. Amazing.

Yes mam very true. Because of ankle pain I'm adjusting knees then because of knee pain I'm adjusting the hip joints. Then our posture of walking completely changed

...YESSS. 😊!! Most Medical Providers only look at " the painful joint. " Yes. ...it is all connected ...! .... and one has to wonder w h y this is not understood by many in the Medical Profession. Thank you !!

I'm not a wimpy mushy kind of man to say I love your GOOD SENSE, but you make good sense!
I do not scroll past any of your videos even if the subject at hand is not related to me because I could pass the information on to others who suffer from pains.
What they do with the information is totally up to them.
People say I'm lucky to be in such good shape at 71.
I was injured in Vietnam, I have been injured in construction numerous times, I have been injured playing sports numerous times, I have been injured in martial arts numerous, I crashed my motorcycle numerous times, the last two times were at 70 & 80 mph on a windy country road playing around "pushing the envelope."
I even served and trained as an Arizona Ranger (we're patterned after the Texas Rangers, but we're better looking).
While serving as an Arizona Ranger I was injured in training also.
So every time I get get injured I tell myself, "That's OK, tomorrow I start healing!"
I say tomorrow because I need a day to figure out what all the injuries and pains are.
Then I set my mind on healing and exercising the injuries instead of laying around in bed taking a sh*t load of meds and eating bon bons.
I have gone to work in construction on crutches and trained in martial arts right after an injury.
A huge portion of healing is mindset.
By the way, my martial arts instructor is 81 and still practicing martial arts!
He has the same mentality as me.

A pair of new shoes had my knee so inflammed and sore and I couldn’t figure out what I had done (it was gradually over weeks). When I changed to winter boots my knee improved within 10 days and when the snow melted and I tried my old shoes the pain came back almost immediately. New shoes and no more flare ups on a joint that I have had know arthritis for 15 years.
