Ok. First: what is a “fiante”? I’m assuming the narrator meant fiancé. Second: the first doctor calls the police at the beginning of the pregnancy and… nothing? Nothing was explained to the couple (nor us) of what his concern was and what the police actions that were taken at the time. Third: why? Why (and when) was this device placed inside her body?
