for optimal results, apply your moisturizer on skin that’s a bit wet after cleansing. this helps lock in hydration. i make it a habit, and it makes a noticeable difference. i apply riceberry face moisturizer of liettleextra on damp skin and then add its sunscreen. this ensures I’m moisturized and protected throughout the day. I’ve started receiving compliments now. just a small tip like this can make a huge difference

I rotate between Tatcha, La Roche Posay & Cerave. My skin has never been better. 😍

also love the uriage xemose line. esp the face cream. it’s super rich and for eczema-prone skin, but works for any other if you want something really nourishing and not super costly.

Any lotion that has alcohol init is a redundant product. Alcohol is drying

My husband has tried all of these plus rx creams…and oils all of the topicals. He has psoriatic arthritis with large open sores. After 6 years of trying everything I told him to try coconut oil because it’s antibacterial right after showering and it’s amazing for holding in moisture on the skin all day with no greasy residue. He switched soaps to goats milk soap. A friend makes this si I gave it to him to try.something about this combination has cleared his broken sores, no more itching. He said it’s absolutely changed. He said he may even try to wear shorts which he would never do because it looked so ugly. Tell me your opinion doctor, my doctors don’t know what they are doing. They can’t find their ass with both hands 😮

Dear Dr. make suggestions for specifically oily skin, dry skin, neutral skin. Sensitive skin lable means nothing. Is it dry or oily?
Moisturizing (greasing) skin that is oily result in comedonic skin. In US labels, for the most part, are not realy specific for oily, dry, neutral skin.

Aveeno products are great! In most of their products the second ingredient is usually glycerin - much more hydrating than HA! Love their stuff!

CeraVe cream does not t work o my face in the winter, but in the summer. For winters here in Canada, I need Cetaphil cream.

I love your videos Doc! Could you please do a series for a combination of fungal acne and closed comedomes? I've been struggling for the past 5years with it... I've tried so many things like salysilic acid, niacinamide, sunscreen and all of which are fungal acne safe nothing seems to be working..

Avene cicalfate and nivea in the blue tub are my go-to's. Both mineral oil based which my skin adores.
