I own a Smokefire and it was advertised to do the same thing. What’s the difference? It was a rocky start for the Smokefire.

Be careful you may encounter temperature rising way past set point and not settling back to that set point. I’ve had three separate incidents in last week where the temp rises and continues to rise past set point and does not return. Only option is a shutdown and try bc again. 🤞 Weber support is no help in this situation either. After their investigation, there suggestion is to be patient and wait for temp to settle back to setpoint. But it never does!
