This really helped me a lot because even though I know God doesn't look at me in shame and disgust, I tend to read and make myself one of the people in there, taking on their judgement and feeling bad. This gave me proper perspective with God's infallible Word. Thank you!

Great start, the Bible isn't about you, though every man is described in it, bc it's true. Correction: it's also not all to you! It is all for you, but you must find, what is directly written To you! That requires learning HOW to study it...i:e Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth. Then you know How to be saved, you Be saved & begin getting Right Teaching with His Word. Now you're doing the Will of God.

The New Testament is about Jesus now doing His work Through We His Body on the earth and who we are in Christ Jesus and our Authority over all the power of the enemy and that we are the righteousness of God in Christ
that we are to do the works that Hee did and even greater works than He because He has gone to the Father Jesus.
