Ingredients:
-250 gr flour
-80 ml warm soy milk
-80 ml warm water
-125 gr vegan butter
-30 gr sugar
-20 gr melted vegan butter
-5 gr salt
-4 gr dry yeast

Ingrediente:

-125 gr unt vegan (sau margarina de prajituri)
-30 gr zahar
-20 gr unt vegan topit
-5 grame de sare
-4 grame drojdie uscata

Arata minunat. Tanjesc de ceva vreme dupa niste croissante vegane. Urmeaza sa incerc reteta ta si vreau sa te intreb daca acest aluat ar merge congelat. Adica pot face totul, inclusiv sa le dau forma si sa le bag asa la congelat pentru a coace doar 1-2 cand am pofta?
