🥐 Vegan Croissants! 🥐

Tested them this past weekend with a new kind of vegan butter (the one from Trader Joe’s) and they came out beautifully!

I know many home bakers are intimidated to try croissants, but it’s truly so satisfying when you finally achieve those gorgeous flaky layers. 😍 And really, it’s not too bad when you break it down — most of the process is actually spent waiting. (There’s only a little bit of hands-on time.)

you know you could try to add vegetable shortening as a replacement for butter n fold it in the dough
