PS4 Pro Remove Stuck Discs - Manual Eject Screw Location

Have a disc stuck in your PS4 Pro? We can help!
The manual eject screw in this PS4 is hidden a little better than on the PS4 Slim but we found it and show you exactly where to find it, which way to turn it and how long it take to get your stuck disc out.
We first remove the o rubber foot on the console, then insert a PH00 screwdriver fully into the hole. We then turn it counterclockwise until the disc comes out.
If, for some reason this does not work for you, your PS4 Pro might have internal damage to the disc drive.

I love your videos man. You don’t know how many times I look them up. My ps4 has been in top shape because of your videos. I just took my Pro apart three days ago to clean all the dust because my fan would cut on extremely high while playing games. I ended up having so much dust in my heat sync. I wiped and vacuumed the interior, cleaned my fan and got all the dust from heat sync all thanks to you man. My ps4 has been silent since.

Tried this way but didn’t work so I fixed the plug back, I pushed it with another disc and pressed the eject button, it came out miraculously! Thank god!! Thanks for the video nonetheless!

This console generation has made me terrified of disc drives. I've had nothing but problems with disc drives whether it be on Wii U or on PS4.

I'm literally scared to put discs into my consoles now because I'm afraid of the disc drive acting up and struggling to take in discs, let alone them getting stuck. I NEVER had disc drive issues in the past, not with any other console. Heck, my original fat PS3 that's nearly a decade old, thats seen hundreds and hundreds of movies and games put into it, STILL WORKS!!! I wanna give that thing a trophy for being such a reliable piece of machinery! But I can't depend on a Wii U or PS4 to have a working disc drive after 2 months!! Let alone a decade!

I don't much care for Nintendo anymore, but I gotta tell ya... the idea of going back to cartridges with the Switch sounds like heaven after all the disc drive issues I've had.

Thank you! My pro has been getting slower and slower at ejecting them and it finally wouldn’t eject a disc. Followed the video instructions and was able to get the disc out enough to pull it out with tweezers. Thanks for the manual eject info saved me lots of time and money!

Thanks to you I was able to remove a disc from my driver. Unfortunately, my PS4 is faulty due to roaches and I had no idea until I watched your videos. I'll take it to a technician today and I hope they can solve it.
