This bike’s awesome. People keep mentioning wanting longer suspension travel. How many people actually need longer travel for their rides? I really don’t think most people do?

Awesome review! It look like this bike can be in both Lite and Full power category. Personally, where the bike motor power @ 85-90 Nm is perfect for all around riding. I would prefer the EMTB motor manufacturers invest some R&D on making existing motors more serviceable, durable, and backwards compatible. Maybe provide a rebuilt kit for your dyi mechanics like myself. I want to keep my EMTB for years and it would be nice to just upgrade instead bottle neck to buy latest and greatest when your current emtb is still good to go.

So much hope for this motor system to get adopted by Pivot. :) an E - 429, Switchblade, Firebird, Phoenix with same motor and system would be great. Only other motor system I am intrigued by is the ZF offering. DJI certainly has the longevity experience with their agricultural drones and heavy use. thanks for great summary.

What about mullet with a Fox 38 / 160mm on the front. Would this help the stiffness. I'm 200lbs and the flex is making me think further on ordering one. Cheers.

What type of tires would be best for this bike. I am trying to decide between Schwalbe Albert Trail radials or Albert Gravity radials. I will be mostly trail riding. Not going to be bombing down bike park trails and if I do go to a bike park I will be riding conservatively at lower speeds.

Will this ever hit the US retail market? So far I have not heard of any reviewer address this issue. Dates, dealer network, direct to consumer, etc, what is the story?

I wish they would sell motor and battery to other bike manufacturers. 150...160mm is less travel than i like.

A few companies have had issues with this suspension system (yoke, strut-mount): broken or leaking dampers, loosening or breaking bolts. For example Specialized, Orbea, Commencal. Do you think a new brand will succeed with strut-mount suspension? Especially that frame is not stiff.
