There is so much wisdom here:
"Trust in You"
"People reveal themselves to you. Watch them."
"Honour yourself"

Thank you for your honesty, your interviewing style, and your curiosity.

The main takeaway from this episode for me was: "How you are is not how you have to stay. Evolve!"

This interview had two very intelligent women who are able to elaborate on their experiences using empathy and wisdom. There’s so much to take away from this.

Erika, thank you so much for the valuable, relatable questions. You’re fantastic for letting Evy speak, clarify points, and add to the message.

This is so damn helpful!

Erika I am astounded by the broad range of guests that you've invited onto your podcast! This one specifically spoke to me at a few points. I will definitely replay your interview and update my post with time-marks once I let this information sink in. Thank you for the great work you do and provide for your community.

Early is on time; on time is late; and late is don't bother.

I feel like this advice is so oversimplified. You can be on time consistent and your boss, coworkers etc. can still have it out for you. Office politics is a thing.

I’ve already shared this podcast with a couple of friends. Excellent advice on trusting yourself. My favorite line, “if you are on time, you’re late.” Great interview, Erika!

The whole episode was invaluable but the "Evy taught me" at 1:06:04 worth it all. Thank you both ❤. So Glad I've found this channel

My kid was crying after school one day when I picked her up from the Salvation Army daycare. She said she stopped at the store while walking to daycare. The kids she was with stole some things. We went to the store so we could tell them. My kid felt better. Come to find out they were the same kids who were acting badly outside my best friend's condo. She made them cookies from time to time as a thank you reward for being respectful. They loved her! She is a teacher and got them to act nicely. The store said they knew someone was stealing. My kid felt better and the others respected her because my teacher friend is my child's Godmother!
