I found out the long way Schottky voltages are also lower even than Germanium, all the YT talks about Si and Germanium and so I thought I had a bad diode and finally found out mine was fine at .16 so just something to consider if your also running through YT trying to understand how you could get a bad diode out the package.

It is worth noting that u r using the conventional theory of current flow in this video....e.i flow from positive to negative where in reality it is the for the video anyway.
