Last one exactly why i would never live in a neighborhood with an HOA. Like i get not wanting your naighbors do things that effect the value of your house. Like letting the yard become a trash heap or having a bunch of animals running around destroying other peoples yards and gardens. The problem is I've heard so many storys where these people get power hungry and start making a bunch of ridiculous rules like you may only have decorations that are white and no bigger 27 inches. I live in a neighborhood that has restrictions to keep people from putting up a mobile home next door or turning there yard into an eysore with tons of junk so our property values are safe. To much beyond this is ridiculous.

The third one about the chair being too tall according to HOA guidelines, I think it's fake. I have a house in an HOA and the rules do not get into things like patio furniture, especially the height in inches. I would be extremely surprised if that example is real.
