This is how you perform a factory reset of the Sonos Beam soundbar. This works with both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 versions av the soundbar.

My beam 2 had the white LED blinking (connecting to Wi-Fi according to its manual) but it doesn't go away from there. The TV does not recognize it and I tried the restart that you show in the video and I also disconnected it for 24 hours and nothing
