Well, if you think about it, Garten of Banban is basically Poppy Playtime.
1. Everyone is missing.
2. All the made-up characters are alive and are trying to kill you.
3. The first chapter isnt as long as chapter 2.
4. In chapter 2, there's more characters.
5. Stinger Flynn = Mommy long legs.
6. Banban = Poppy.
7. Drone = GrabPack.
So yeah, there is a LOT of things that resemble Poppy Playtime in some way.

Nenaa, Slow Selene says something different each door (adding on to the lore) and also if you follow the blue trail after Ban Ban jumps you, and you go back to Jumbo Josh(he's gone) then follow it to Zolphius (the creepy face's official name) and jump off, you can play as jumbo josh but if you die, it is gone.

Idk why, but I have this theory that nab nab was the original ban ban so it would be nab nab’s Garden. I’m only saying this because what if he was the first mascot but the kids stopped likening him. And because of that he was thrown into the abyss. Also that note about “whatever is thrown in the abyss is alive.” And then they decided to make a new head mascot which was Ban Ban so basically, nab nab was the original mascot and ban ban is the new mascot. 👌
