That's a pleasant surprise, Excalibur was considered one of the worst buffets in Vegas, and It's nice to see they have improved so much. Just hope they start opening weekdays, and hope that the buffet at the orleans opens soon and get's the message from excalibur!. Great job guys!!

Wow, I NEVER would have picked Excalibur for their buffet, but this actually looks pretty good! It's not fancy like Wicked Spoon or Bacchanal, but seems like a decent selection with some interesting options.

My Grandfather's last job was building the foundation and structure of the Excalibur...anyway thanks for the detailed buffet video. Part of the fun is seeing all the food and deciding what you would get. You two do an excellent job of capturing the experience

I would say, by looks it's definitely a step up from Bellagio. The price is much better too. I'm sorry but, Bellagio you need to step it up.

Pro tip: The best thing to put on those buffet fried shrimp is squeezed lemon.
Same if they have tilapia or catfish.
