ATF WARNS GUN DEALERS To Do THIS... Or Else

On March 1st, 2023 the ATF issued a new advisory letter to FFLs saying that you must enforce the "Frame Receiver Rule". The ATF goes to delineate two ways that some FFls are using to get around it.
