Bad Habits are Easy to create, but Hard to Live With, Good Habits are Hard to create but easy to live with. So, today make a decision to cultivate a habit that will uplift your life and exercise some will power and self-control to practice it every day, after a month or so, you will find it easier to do, opening the path for long-lasting happiness.

Happiness Challenge’s Activity for Day 18: Make a decision to improve the quality of your life by cultivating a new, uplifting habit. Start practicing it today, it may be hard initially, but don’t give up. With some will power and self-control, you can do it. Let us know how it goes. Do the same exercise by giving up an unproductive habit in your life.

Swamiji is amazing. What other Internet guru uses words meaningfully and intelligently like neocortex, basal ganglia, habit loop, dopamine, serotonin, and endorphins. Yet he does it in such a simple and easy to understand way that anyone can understand. Thank you, Swamiji.

Carried over from Day 17 message, in this Vldeo message Swami Ji is providing a road map for creating good Habits that are going to be beneficial in life. " Exert your Will Power to avoid temptations, engage Discipline, then spend little time everyday to form a Habit of your beneficial actions."
