Bad Habits are Easy to create, but Hard to Live With, Good Habits are Hard to create but easy to live with. So, today make a decision to cultivate a habit that will uplift your life and exercise some will power and self-control to practice it every day, after a month or so, you will find it easier to do, opening the path for long-lasting happiness.
Happiness Challenge’s Activity for Day 18: Make a decision to improve the quality of your life by cultivating a new, uplifting habit. Start practicing it today, it may be hard initially, but don’t give up. With some will power and self-control, you can do it. Let us know how it goes.
