To be honest, peeling a boiled egged mostly comes down to how it was prepared. If it was a cold egg that immediately went into boiling water, then peeling is a breeze, but if it was put into cold water that was brought to a boil, then the proteins in the egg white could bind to the membrane of the egg shell during the cooking process.
