One of my absolute favourite fish, simply grilled and served over a fresh salsa 🤤 always incredible.

Preparation
Swordfish Steaks checked for bones, generously salted and left out for 30 minutes to sweat some moisture to firm up the texture. Rinsed, dried and ready for the grill. Brushed with clarified butter, and skewered for easier flipping. Rested 10 minutes, finished with flaky salt, black pepper, and grilled lime.
