You'll learn about Japanese phonetics, such as pronunciation, rhythm, pitch accent, intonation and so on. Those knowledge will help you sound natural when speaking Japanese.

Jinbouchou is a city in Tokyo and famous for its publishers and bookstores gathering there.
I walked from the subway A2 exit to Suzuran-dori Street.
I'm speaking in Japanese so it'll be a great practice for your listening comprehension.

Thank you for adding the kanji with furigana. It's super helpful for my reading practice and vocabulary building.

This video had the feel of a documentary. It's encouraging to see so many bookstores doing well, since Amazon has basically taken over the book market in the US (although many still use libraries, too)..

i love how you give us time to actually look around and watch the screen instead of looking down at subtitles the entire time

Your voice is like ASMR to me. So comforting 😭♥️
Could you do more Japanese videos for intermediate or even advanced levels ? Especially the grammar and vocabulary used in natural conversations between native Japanese people.

The pacing of the conversation along with the three subtitles all translated in Japanese, English, and Hiragana really do help
ありがとうございます!

My new favorite sensei! I love the sound of your voice, and I very much appreciate the slow pace of the speaking and the tour. It gives me a chance to think about what is being said, and make some notes. Thank you Fumi-sensei ! 🥰

Thank you so much for this video, it's hard to find a video where someone talks slowly and this is really helping me with my shadowing (which is basically repeating after you).
I along with any foreigner learning Japanese really appreciate this video

Really enjoying these walk arounds. The sound of your voice is so pleasant. Even picked up a few words that watching a Japanese movie, I know when subtitles are wrong. Long way to go. Arigato gozaimasu sensei. 🌹

I’m studying for the JLPT and listening is one of the hardest thing for me (and grammar). I appreciate your hard work. Thank you so much!

I'm so happy to have found your channel! How wonderful to be able to see and learn what Tokyo is like through your walking tour and narration, while improving my Japanese skill! What a wonderful way to learn! The pace of your walking and speaking is so perfect, and the Japanese and English subtitles are so helpful too! Thank you so much for creating this content! I wish you so much success!!

I love these videos. Both for attentive watching and listening to while drawing. I think in the next weeks I will watch all of them multiple times in both those ways 😂 thanks for posting them! It's really helpful and the easy type of language you use really makes me feel like I'm making progress 😊

This is exactly what I was looking for! I was wishing for a video where it's kind of like... like how a mom would talk to her child and tell the child where they are going, what she is doing, etc. Not in a condescending way or anything, but just like normal conversation about what is going on, like how parents usually do with kids as they walk around. Thank you!
