Nami Burn e headtube shaft/bearing exchange

In this video you could get the idea and process of
How to replace the headtube bearing,
Assemble the front rotate arm installed with CR40 steel parts, and these two could be done in the same time to service the bearing
All the process needed
The tools could be purchased from my side
tool for disassemble the bearing cup,
tool for install the bearing cup,
tool for lock the bearing nut.

Thank you for the video. Just feedback -> My brand new Nami burn-e 2 max 40Ah with the newest LED lights and reinforced frame just developed a steering notch just after 500km of ride.
I am not a heavy rider just 85kg, and I didn't ride it in the rain, so not sure why this is happening on the model that should be "problem-free" . Well, I guess lets buy some tools and let's have "fun" with it. Otherwise, the scooter is very good :)

Should probably use bearing packer. Pasting grease only on the outside like that will probably cause notches problem we're all familiar with.

Hello, it would seem that everyone sells the bearings, but it doesn't look like they sell those covers . Where can I get the metal covers so I can better keep dirt out? Thank you

When are the upgraded versions of the Burne MAX (Stem, NFC and Indicators) being shipped to Australia?

EDIT: I contacted Michael via email and he replied very quickly and said he believed they are already being shipped, but I should check with my dealer. I did exactly that and it turns out they are here and have the upgrades which is awesome!!! (as of 7th October 2023) Hopefully I should have it in a week.

Hello Michael,
When did you start to build in all the update parts?
Ordered a Burn E2 Max 40AH and it is from 04.2023. It is currently on the way from CN to EU. Do i already have all the updated parts that you showed here intalled?

I will open the motors and coat them with ECS 71 Urethane before drivind around. I will probably also make holes so moisture and water can get out of the motors.
Are the motor temp sensors installed on the hottest spots on the motors?

Since when is the alumium ones been replaced with the upgraded steel version from the factory? I just ordered burn e 2 28Ah version and wondering do i have to replace the shaft.

Michael I bought the 72v 40ah model. How long should I take to change the bearings? at times the steering wheel became very hard, and I just loosened it a little with the special wrench, and the steering wheel became light, but before that it seemed to me that when turning the steering wheel it stuck, I thought that the bearing had broken.

Hi Michael Sha, Quick question for you sir...I got this spring a 40Ah version and I notice sometimes that when I turn my steering wheel is not moving smoothly as I turn but in increments such like a pre-set position which cause me to feel like I don't have a controlled turning of the steering and causing an imbalance in the ride...Do you think that this is a sign that I need to change the bearings...again this problem is showing only sometimes.Thank you and looking forward for your clarification!
